But the 19-year-old doesn't want to fight.
"When gamers get together ... we pretty much challenge our skills — any video game, anytime, anywhere kind of thing," Foutch said.
He and four teenage friends spent several months planning a youth video game center they are asking the community to help get off the ground.

Project Update
This is an update on the Chrono Underground project - a fresh idea designed to get young people interacting in an exciting place. Right now I, project director, am studying at the University of Iowa and haven't had the opportunity to keep up with getting more fundraising and publicity for this plan. If you're wondering, I still have the goal of starting a youth videogame center in Muscatine.
There has been some interesting developments in the field. A GamerzArena has opened, a for-profit business for computer gaming. The downside is their prices are ridiculous (at around $20 per day if you want to play all day), while I hope to charge a mere $20 per month for a wide array of games. I want to be sure that the underprivledged youth in Muscatine have a safe, exciting place to spend time.
There's also a family community center of some sort being built by Wesley United. Unfortunately I don't predict the sort of youth-friendly fully youth-oriented project that we're working on.
