West Liberty Youth Also Need Something To Do
Young people all across Muscatine County agree: there is nothing to do. The fundamental reason we began this project is to give all area young people something more to do, and thus keep them happier and out of trouble. Even kids in West Liberty agree that we need more entertainment.

To the Editor,
West Liberty is a family town. The last couple of days I’ve been thinking of the bowling alley we used to have. Now it’s Club JT’s! Why did a family place get turned into an adult place?
I am speaking for all kids, not just me.
Kids want lives, too. We need something fun to do. We need to get out of the house for good old fun. I remember bowling here like it was yesterday... All my friends would go and have some fun. That’s where I went for my birthday a lot. I liked having fun places to go just in my town. We need another fun place to go. I’m not saying West Liberty is dull, we just need more family places to go.
Please consider my thoughts.
Sincerely,
Kaylee Hartman, age 11
West Liberty
