This is an update on the Chrono Underground project - a fresh idea designed to get young people interacting in an exciting place. Right now I, project director, am studying at the University of Iowa and haven't had the opportunity to keep up with getting more fundraising and publicity for this plan.
Good afternoon! I wanted to take a moment to announce the fact that we may soon be changing the name of the project to something more creative and imaginative and local. Chrono Underground is a very unique, hard to forget name, but we are hoping to create a new name with the sort of recognition that will bring plenty of attention to our project.
Announcing our new proposed name: Muscateen Center. Send us your comments, suggestions, thoughts, and more.

(Muscatine Journal) MUSCATINE, Iowa - Nathan Cory Foutch wants a place in Muscatine where he can 'throw down' with friends.
But the 19-year-old doesn't want to fight.
"When gamers get together ... we pretty much challenge our skills — any video game, anytime, anywhere kind of thing," Foutch said.
He and four teenage friends spent several months planning a youth video game center they are asking the community to help get off the ground.
The center would offer youth a variety of games to play on Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 video game consoles, or online on computers.

We want to ensure that everybody has something to do at our game center, so we will include a myriad of activity options. We will focus on fun, interactive video games along with other options to keep young people entertained. We will utilize Nintendo Wii and Dance Dance Revolution technology to keep our visitors up and active. We hope to have at least one of each next-generation gaming console, including a Nintendo Wii, an XBox 360, and a PlayStation 3. We will also features between five and seven computers for computer games and using the Internet. There will be couches for lounging and watching television, anime, movies, etc during downtime. There may be arcade games, additional computers, movie features, or more depending on our final budget.
